This Is A Public Service Announcement is a tense and atmospheric red-tinged first person horror game where you find yourself trapped in a mysterious bunker with some PSA loudspeakers that really want to be heard!
Created for the HPS1 Summer of Shivers game jam, This Is A Public Service Announcement is a short and stylish horror game set in a strange red-lit bunker. Your aim is to open the bunker door and escape, but to do so you’ll need to explore and find the computer required to open it. You’re not alone in there though – the bunker is filled with speakers that blast out public safety announcements at you, and one of the speakers can even hunt you down…
This Is A Public Service Announcement doesn’t really give you many answers about what the hell is going on in the bunker, but it’s a great little horror game nonetheless. The red tinged visuals and minimalistic audio help build a lot of atmosphere and the sirne-headed monster is very freaky. A public service announcement well worth paying attention to.
