Tomorrow is a tense little first person horror game based on the music video for Tomorrow by Jaye, which sees you attempting to save your pet bunny from a psycho that’s stalking a subway station.
In Tomorrow you find yourself trapped in an underground subway station with a white-suited psycho clown that has stolen your pet bunny and locked it in a cage. You need to explore the subway and find a variety of different randomly placed items that will help you unlock the bunny’s cage and unlock the gates for the exit. All the while you’ll need to try and avoid the attention of the clown and try not to get run-over by a passing train!
It can become infuriatingly tough to lose the clown towards the end and one of the tension-building audio cues is used a little too often but on the whole it’s a great little horror game. It’s got a nice mixture of exploration, puzzle solving and running for your life and the amount of detail in the subway setting is very impressive. The sight and sounds of the trains speeding through the station are a great touch too, really helping to build a tense and terrifying atmosphere.
