Undertale Yellow is a fan made Undertale prequel where a child named Clover falls into a place where monsters have been sealed away by a powerful spell.
The gameplay and visual style of Undertale Yellow is pretty much on par with the official game, with charming 8-bit graphics, puzzles and skill-based battles. It takes place before the events of Undertale and sees a kid falling down a hole in a mountain into the Underground. Things start off fairly similarly to the original, but it doesn’t take long for it to branch off in some interesting ways.
It’s very much a game made by Undertale fans for Undertale fans. There are plenty of familiar faces and locations, but also lots of new ones. The artwork, soundtrack, gameplay and vibe feel very much like an Undertale joint and there are three main routes to take based on your choices.
