Batman Savage Dawn is a fun little fan made Batman beat ‘em up which sees Batman and Catwoman punching their way through the streets of Gotham.
In Batman Savage Dawn you can take control of either Batman or Catwoman and enjoy some River City Ransom-esque retro beat ‘em up action. The game features five levels set across the streets of Gotham and have four bosses to battle – Harley Quinn, The Penguin, Bane and The Joker. Created in the OpenBOR engine, it’s playable in single-player or local co-op and even has a couple of extra game modes to unlock.
The beat ‘em up gameplay if Batman Savage Dawn is fairly simplistic, but it is a lot of fun. The bosses put up a good fight, it’s well paced and the River City Ransom art style is adorable. A bite-sized Batman beat ;em up well worth checking out.
